This second Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) continues our reconciliation journey. In addition to strengthening our appreciation and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and traditions, it confirms the College's commitment to building Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership in rural general practice and rural generalism. It seeks to advance this by increasing the number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Fellows, supporting them into and on their journey to ACRRM Fellowship and throughout their future careers. The College regards this as pivotal to achieving our Reconciliation vision of better health for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This video launches the new Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for July 2021 - July 2023. The RAP aims to drive reconciliation across ACRRM and lead positive Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander outcomes across rural and remote Australia.
