Created by Rural Generalists, for Rural Generalists, our Rural Emergency Skills Training (REST) course gives you the skills and confidence required to deal with emergencies in your rural community.

Run over two hands-on days, REST covers many of the common emergencies that are likely to present in the pre-hospital, small rural hospital and private rural practice environment.

This flagship course is known for its expert instructors, small participant-to-instructor ratio, state-of-the-art equipment and relevance of situational scenarios.

You’ll leave with skills in basic life support, along with more advanced skills and techniques to assist with managing life-threatening injuries and multi-trauma events.

Suitable for: ACRRM Registrars and Rural Generalists
